A global report on internal displacement shows the number of people forced from their homes has doubled in 15 years.
The report was compiled by the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre, which is part of the Norwegian Refugee Council.
Jan Egeland, who is secretary general of the refugee council, says the world needs to do more to stop the crisis.
