Fairborne Energy Ltd. was formed in December 2007 through a plan of arrangement whereby Fairborne Energy Trust converted into a growth oriented exploration and production company (Fairborne Energy Ltd.)

The assets of Fairborne Energy Ltd. are focused in six main operating areas (Central Alberta, West Pembina/Brazeau, Columbia/Harlech, Deep Basin, Peace River Arch in Alberta and Sinclair in SW Manitoba) which are predominantly lower risk development assets with potential in reservoirs and play types that have already proven to be successful in contributing to the past growth of Fairborne.

Fairborne is managed by the proven team of professionals that have created an extensive inventory of projects and plan to aggressively grow the company using these internally generated drilling opportunities.
